Rodel Delfin

Rodel has a diverse career history in music and film ventures in over two decades.  He currently runs an independent film production company that focuses on music and lifestyle documentaries and unscripted television shows. On the music side, Rodel oversees Falcon Music LLC, a music production and placement firm with clients ranging from major music publishers to global lifestyle brands. Prior to his current endeavors, Rodel served as an executive for Red Bull Records having helped launch the record company for the global product brand. His A&R team delivered the first breakthrough artist for the label, sparking several Top 5 singles at commercial radio with platinum-album sales globally. In addition, Rodel served as A&R Editor for influential music publication Hits Magazine for nearly a decade. His weekly “Wheels & Deals” column advised label presidents and A&R executives to which artists were emerging on the street, and created momentum toward their eventual signing. He was instrumental in the success of several platinum-selling artists.
